This website does not set cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising tracking, and no third-party script. Fonts are served from this website rather than from an external provider, so visiting these pages does not send a request to anyone else.

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form on this website is not open for submissions, so no enquiry data is collected or processed at present. When the form is activated, this section will set out exactly how what you send is handled, and this policy will be updated at the same time.

Where your information is processed

This website and its email are hosted by Tasjeel on servers located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ordinary web-server logs and the enquiries you send are stored there.

Until 18 August 2026 this website and its email were hosted in France, and a copy of the data stayed on that server after the move. Our hosting provider confirmed in writing on 24 August 2026 that the old account has been deleted, and we checked the server ourselves the same day. Everything now runs from Dubai. We leave this here rather than removing it, because where your information has been is part of the answer to where it is.

Outbound email is a separate matter, and we would rather be plain about it. Email sent from this domain passes through a third-party spam-filtering service before it reaches the recipient. Tasjeel has confirmed to us in writing that this service chooses its gateway automatically based on proximity, that the gateway rotates between locations, and that neither we nor Tasjeel can fix it to a particular country or switch it off on our hosting plan.

So while your enquiry is stored in the UAE, an email leaving us may pass through a server outside it, and we cannot tell you in advance which country that will be, because it changes. We would rather say that than name a country that is only sometimes true.

We also asked Tasjeel what contractual safeguard covers processing outside the UAE. Their written answer was: none. We record that here because you are entitled to know it, not because we are comfortable with it.

If you would prefer nothing of yours to leave the UAE at any point, contact us by telephone or WhatsApp rather than using this website or email.

Keeping information

No enquiry data is collected at present, so nothing is being kept. When the form is activated, enquiry emails will be kept while they remain commercially relevant and then deleted in the ordinary course; form-protection values are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
