Terms of Use

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any commercial arrangement between you and DMG. Those are agreed separately, in writing, for the specific requirement.

Using this website

You may read this website and use it to contact DMG about a genuine requirement. You may not use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate, but it describes business areas in general terms and it changes. Nothing on it is a quotation, an offer, or a commitment to supply, and availability, cost and timing are confirmed for a specific requirement rather than published here.

Third-party websites and services

Where this website links to a marketplace or another third-party website, your use of that website is governed by its own terms, not by these. Purchases made on a marketplace are completed with that marketplace on its terms.

Availability

We do not promise that this website will be available without interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
